You can put any liquid in the bottle (Hot or cold) and the frequencies will have been absorbed into the water within 60 seconds. I met Annie Moran Eureka Springs,Ar about 2 weeks ago. Like many I was skeptical. When I did the balancing on one leg without the WITH the ring it was unbelievable. My sister and Nephew did too. As for me I am fused from C2- C7, L3-S1. I also have a rare stomach disease know as Spinchter of Oddi Type2, Severe Gastritis, and GERD.
